Malvern Hills
The Malvern Hills are located in the English counties of Worcestershire, Herefordshire, and a small area of northern Gloucestershire, and they dominate the surrounding countryside as well as the towns and villages of the Malvern district. We spent the entire day wandering around, taking in the breathtaking scenery. The light was flat, there was no sunlight, and I was having difficulty getting the lighting right with the headwinds pushing against the tripod—until the very end, when we were on our way back to the car park, there was this little window of light coming out from the top of the hill, a small strip of golden sunlight just enough to light up the hill. I quickly set up my tripod, grabbed my camera, and with the golden sunlight hitting the hillside, I took the shot that I had been after all day. I was elated that I had finally managed to get the shot I had been wanting all day After that, we continued our journey back to the car park, with me happy and content with the picture I had taken of the beautiful Malvern Hills I was truly in awe of the natural beauty that had been presented before me, and I was grateful to have had the chance to capture a moment in time of it with my camera.
