Slitting Mill Waterfall

To capture the Slitting Mill Waterfall Scenic Spot in Rugeley, England. We had to jump down to the water’s edge as the light was coming around the corner. The waterfall’s colours were a stunning combination of autumn’s red and orange tones. The shot was set up so that the bridge could be seen above the autumnal foliage. With these striking orange leaves framing it on the edges. While ensuring that the rushing water was still visible and that there was a sense of movement in the scene. I slowed down the shutter speed to create a gentle flow that was just touching the rocks. The vibrant colours of the foliage against the subdued brown of the bridge and the rocks. This made for an incredible capture.
