When things happen in our lives, it is very easy to become engrossed in events over which we have no control. This can lead to feelings of stress and anxiety, as well as feeling overwhelmed by things we can't change. Focus on the things they can control and avoid overthinking the things they can't. When things happen in our lives, there are some things we can change and others we cannot. We would all be better off spending our time focusing on what we can control rather than what we can't. We can't control other people's actions and thoughts. What we can control are our actions. What we can't control is the results of other people's actions, their thoughts, and all other elements.
